God is so awesome! I am so blessed with an awesome husband and sweet little boy. I thank God also for such a great church family. That is what Rochester is, a family. It is amazing what a loving and active church we have. I'm hoping to blog more but I just wanted to say thank you to all of our friends and family. God has blessed us with wonderful friends here in Rochester, friends in many parts of this country and in other countries throughout the world. When I think about that, I am truly amazed!! I'm so grateful...thank you God!!!

Steckel family update

Believe it or not, I am actually updating this blog. We just finished a summer of various activities including Elevate at Rochester College, Brazil Mission Trip, Young Artists Camp, VBS, Destination Unknown and Cincinnati Mission Trip. We are getting settled in now and ready for fall. We will be homeschooling Matthew this year and I am excited about it. It will be an interesting change for us, and I think it will be great for the whole family.

This picture was taken by Kara Graves when they took Matthew to get ice cream as a reward for picking up Uncle Josh's and Auntie Kara's mail. They actually printed a certificate for him to be redeemed when they returned. He was so excited to go and had a great time with them!

I will try to update with some more summer pictures soon and stories of our summer adventures. God bless!!
